Foreclosure auction with eviction

I’m looking at a foreclosure  property auction in Hagerstown,MD. It is currently in the First Look program for someone who’s willing to live in the property for a year. However, the property is occupied. We will probably need to do an eviction in order for us to move in. Please give us some thoughts. Has anyone went though the eviction process in Maryland?
