Unsure of Foreclosure terms

New to Bigger Pockets.  I was searching for Foreclosures near me just to get some practice.  On one site, when I clicked on a foreclosure it showed (Out of Market).  I searched thru terms online but they showed Off Market.  Is that the same thing?
