Short Sale Companies
I am in search of some different companies that do the short sales for you. I can and have done them but we are working on some big projects right now and need to continue with them. If you have heard of a company or know one, maybe your company is doing them, let me know. Thanks in advance! 8)

Where are you located (update your profile if you do not mind)?
A friend uses a local company in metro Portland OR. I could contact him to get the details if you like. I am not sure if they will work on deals that are out of the area (property out of the area as they obviously work with lenders out of the area).
