Help with Pre-Foreclosure Purchase
I am trying to purchase a home that my family grew up in. I noticed it is in the pre-foreclosure stage. Normally I don't mix business and pleasure, but it would mean a lot to get this home back. Is there any creative ways to purchase this with limited cash and credit? I have the owners contact information.
