Foreclosure Auction in Maryland

Hi,

   I was trying to research how foreclosed homes are sold in two countes in Maryland.

Carroll county, and Baltimore county, but when I googled it, all I got was advertisements for realtors etc.

Can anyone send a link to either the online foreclosure auction, or tell me if they still sell then on the court house steps?
