Hi! I'm a new investor in Philadelphia and I'm planning to attend the next Sheriff Sale to see what I can learn. I will not be bidding, only observing. Anyone have experience with these sales? What advice would you give to someone new like myself? Anyone else planning to attend? Thanks, maybe I'll see you there!
