Texas tax sale question.

Just to start off, is like to say that I am thankful for the wealth of information on this site. I hope I can contribute as much as others here have.

I'm interested in a property that is going to be auctioned off at a tax sale in TX. The land has no outstanding liens on it. There is a mobile home on the property that the state shows still has a lien against it. What needs to be done about the mobile home. The information that I have gathered from neighbors is that the mobile home is trashed out on the inside and may not be worth salvaging to turn into a rental. I don't know how much the lien is for or who is carrying the lien. Any thoughts?  Thanks

Also, the owner is still living in the mobile home.
