Listing services for REOs

I have a client that has asked me to research services that we can list REOs on. Ideally at no cost, but obviously we are willing to pay if the services is worthy.

Is there any MAJOR service that most lenders use to list REOs?
Do real estate investors and agents have free access to this data in most cases or is there a fee?
Are there any template driven web site listings that we can purchase or license to manager our own REO listings?
