HUD homes
Hi All,
Has anyone had any recent success buying a HUD home for a decent price? I am new to this type of property and my realtor is telling me he hasnt seen many investor deals go through recently. He says he has had some investors in Akron who have bid over the asking price when the property became available to investors and they still didnt get the deal. Thanks in advance!

The really well priced ones are usually picked up during the owner occupied period.
