Title Research

Is there an efficient and free way to research titles on my own? I'm not sure I want to pay a title company to research titles on each property that interests me. I assume I can dig up the exact same information that the title company can...but I don't know how.
Sincerely,
Corey

Replied

Thanks Guys,
I don't have a rep because I will be buying foreclosures or communicating directly with the homeowner and negotiation subject-to deals.

I took a class this morning and learned how to research titles and liens. I was hoping I could find a service that would do a quick title/lien search for me and save me time.
