Can anyone explain South Florida - Broward County Foreclosure Auctions

Starting to get interested in foreclosure auctions. I would like someone who is familiar with the process to explain to me how in the world I see 20k and 15k sales in Broward county for condos that range from 60-100k,

So far I've been looking for mortgage foreclosures, how would I go about doing research in south florida to find out everything I need to know prior to bidding. I am planing on investing about 100k in the next month. Just interested in how to save my ***.
