what to look for in the Public Notices section of the paper

Question

Hi, 
Since I've read about pre foreclosures I've been looking at the public notices of our local paper here in Santa Cruz, CA.  I have something that looks like it MAY be a public notice for pre foreclosure but I'm not quite sure...can I post the listing here to see if one of you can tell me?  
Or are there key words to look for in the public notice?

I think the first refers to Prop 36, the clean-up/seizure of a drug lab http://www.capcentral.org/high_court/arc_2005_cal.aspx
The second one looks like public storage facilities and the third involves settling an estate.

I would check into the third and probably avoid the first....it will be tied up in legal proceedings for a while.  Also you run the risk of past clients still frequenting the property whether satisfied or dis-satisfied.

p.s. this is only my opinion...you will still need to do some research.
