Hello all,

I generally understand the foreclosure process, where once you're late on your payment, you get a notice of default. After that, you get notice of sale, then it goes trustee sale, then possibly sold as REO.

My questions are: How long generally after you stop paying do you get the NOD? I've seen places say one month, and other places say 6 months.

In addition, I hear all this talk about the 30-60-90 day period. Is this period before NOD? or does the 30-60-90 day period happen once the NOD is given.

At what point can I go to the county office records and pull this info? Pre-Nod? After Nod? During the 30-60-90 day period?
