Looking for Ohio Asset Managers

I am looking to speak with Ohio Asset Managers that might have care of multiple residential properties in and around Marion, Ohio area.  Marion and surrounding basically, but probably would look Ashley, Delaware and Northern Columbus as well. 

These are not for me. I have an investor looking to buy a "lot" of houses. He is a cash buyer and though he is currently buying, he is tiring from one, two and three at a time deals.  

Though commercial, retail and property management are my main things, I have been working with him for awhile.
