Hello, I am interested in purchasing property that has foreclosure and eviction papers in the window. How would I go about purchasing this home as it is not on the MLS yet. Is there a database for pre-foreclosures?

Most probably that property will be auctioned at sheriff sale. Someone can chime in and provide way to acquire it before it goes to auction.

Foreclosure and eviction papers? My guess is the foreclosure papers are old, if there are also eviction papers in which case if true, good luck as it's REO and you'll have to wait until it goes on the market in MLS.

The "Database" for preforeclosures is the public notice filing in the local paper and in county records. No one is going to acquire it before auction unless they buy it from the owner (Borrower) and pay off the loan.
