Hi, can anybody explain me what means" Foreclosure has passed the statue of limitations" in Florida. As I know the meaning can be different in different states!

Thank you

@Jaago Viitkin Let me guess.....this is the claim the broker/hoa is trying sell you in buying the property they got at the hoa foreclosure in your other thread?  Absolutely Not!  This was a delusion promoted by foreclosure defense attorneys in order to get homeowners signed up on the "$500/mo. plan". The 5th dca (bartram vs us bank) ruled on this a couple of years ago, and the FL Supreme Court is expected to verify soon.  I know quite a few guys who threw away a pile of money betting on this delusion.
