I'm a new investor and planning to buy a property from Auction.com at their monthly courthouse event next month. BP users would you please share your experience good and bad with Auction.com and also with the houses you brought?

1) Things to check before doing business with Auction.com?

2) Pro's and Con's of houses they sales, etc?
