finding owner of preforeclosed property

i found a property, it was preforeclosed, but i can't find the owner or lender, or listing agent to get any info on it, or contact info, anyone help, please.

You need the homeowners cooperation when it is in a preforeclosure state. No one can sell you the home but the homeowner. The bank cannot sell it until they own it.

You need to ask the clerk the for a notice of trustee's sale or a notice of default. It will only tell you who the trustee is, the beneficiary and when the auction is scheduled. If you want to buy the before the auction then you must contact the homeowner.
