Pre-Foreclosure I cant find homeowner
A family in my neighborhood moved out in December and there has been no movement there since. So I searched around and found that the property is in pre-foreclosure but I cant find the homeowner just some old addresses and phone numbers that lead nowhere. My question is should I contact the foreclosure attorney and how do I approach the issue.
