Negotiator problem

I have submitted 3 short sale packages to a negotiator and paid $250 each up front to start. This was about 2 weeks ago. I called her 10 days ago to speak with her and I haven't been able to get her to respond to my emails or calls. I've called about a dozen times and sent numerious emails. I have submitted a claim with paypal as that was the payment method to dispute.

My question is, I have a new negotiator that I'm using, how do I get the SS package into the new guys hands and stop her from doing anything with it?

I don't know if the negotiator has a business but you can try the BBB. In Florida I've had a problem with a realtor not returning my call or submitting an offer. I had another realtor contact FREC and the issue was solved.

I would contact the negotiator and give them final notice, basically let them know they have 24 hours to respond to your e-mail or call or you will cancel the contract and request they refund all of your funds.
