Hey Everyone, I was wondering how you guys would approach setting up an attorney with a seller who has a property for short sale who doesn't already have one? As a buyer I have an attorney, but a seller who's already in a distress situation, would you offer to pay for the cost of the attorney? What are your guys take on this?

Talk to your attorney, he or she will be able to refer an attorney that they've worked with in the past that will do a good job.  The sellers attorney will get paid through the short sale so you shouldn't have to pay for it.
