Creating a flyer for pre-foreclosed / foreclosed homes

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone here created a flyer marketing themselves as an investor to buy a home or a flyer with the intention of letting the home owners know their home can be sold?

If so, could you please share some of your success and the content you included on your flyers? I have not created one yet, however in the process of putting this together.

Thanks!

@Josh Picker

Lots of investors use flyers to market that they will buy homes for cash that are being foreclosed on, going through probate situations, homes in disrepair, etc. You can find good content on https://www.yellowletters.com/. Or you can do a search of "direct mail marketing". Tons of posts on the forums and blogs and podcasts speak to this topic. Best of luck.
