BPO came @ $330K. My last offer (asking for zero cc) was $291K or a bit more than 88% of the BPO . In addition, this property was involved in a house fire back in 07.
Got a message late last nite from the negotiator saying she is closing the file because the offer was insuficient.
Do you guys have any idea or suggestion where this negotiator is comming from?
Thank you

Hi, hardball tactics are a hobby of mine. What is your intention with this property? Did the negotiator or listing agent or BPO agent know about the fire? This does not go to disclosure. Bill
