Tax Lien in Baltimore

Hey everyone! So I reached a problem now where I dont have the money needed to take possession of the properties I acquired in the tax lien sale. Just wanted to see what you all think I could do to either still get possession of the properties or maybe sell my tax liens? I am even open to creative ways to come up with the cash to pay the lawyer to start the foreclosure process and get these properties.

@Kenneth Futrell I don't know if you can "sell" your tax liens outright and I don't know if they are assignable either. Maybe @Ned Carey can advise on that. I may be interested on the properties depending on location. Inbox me if you are ok sharing location info.
