Has a homeowner ever asked you this question concerning a short sale?

What's in it for me?

I'm sure they have. But having a foreclosure on her record and a just recently filed bankruptcy this particular homeowner cares NOTHING about her credit.

She knows that she can't benefit financially from the actual short sale so...

What's in it for her?

She needs two things right now, help moving or money.

Will the bank provide any assistance with the move?

Any other thoughts?

Many good reasons can be found on this thread:

Bank might allow for relocation assistance, and they might not. If you offer it, be certain that you pay the movers directly and not the seller.
