help! trying to buy foreclosed house near me

I've noticed a vacant property ( House) in my neighborhood. I looked up the owners on auditor's site, and it says owned by "Selene Finance Lp".  I assume this is the name of the bank that foreclosed on the property? What is my next step to try and buy the house?
