Paying rent during short sale negotiation
I have a question for either of you guys. I am currently renting a condo which is recently up for "short sale." My lease is finished and I am paying rent without contract. I was told that I would receive 30 days notice before I HAD to move out. I also have not received my security deposit back. Should I continue to pay my rent to the landlord??
