Reverse Mortgage Foreclosure

I am one of six heirs to a foreclosed property that has a $90K reverse mortgage on it. The AVR is $176K. The information on sites like Zillow, Realtor, Homesnap & Trulia have it listed as a 3bd 1ba but it has 2ba. Will a wholesaler even touch this property with these conditions? Please advise what can be done with this property.
