I am a Realtor in NYC but also started Cold Calling other states. I have two people who want to sell their property in NJ, both properties are short sales. What is the best way I can profit from these properties? Meaning, other than listing with a realtor in Jersey.
Also, is there any way I can profit from these short sales without putting money down? Thank you, NJ is a totally different market from where I am
