Closing on my first deal TODAY!
Hey everyone! I’m excited to announce my first deal is coming to fruition today! I used a USDA (no money down) loan on a HUD foreclosure that only needed a few thousand in cosmetic repairs/updates. Earned 30k in equity just walking in the door, and am selling with 40k+ after a couple years of appreciation! Excited to see what I can do with the profits! Wish I had the time frame down for a 1031 exchange, but am moving in a few months to Denver, CO, so gotta hold the cash for the moment.
