Hi! I've been lurking here for a while and need help from you smart folks...

Will HUD allow owner-occupant winning bidder to re-negotiate purchase price after the inspection IF inspection reveals major issues that were not noted in the Property Condition Report (i.e. foundation failure, mold, roof failure)???
