I keep seeing Pre-forclosures on Zillow. How do I figure out who to contact. Or what do I pull ( in town hall ) to figure out who owns it? How does one acquire a pre-foreclosure..?

Michael - "pre-foreclosure" on Zillow means next to nothing. You can purchase late lists, or if you want to reach folks who are being foreclosed on, you can find lis pendens fillings at town hall, or even in mls if you search in realist (since you are a CT agent). Tax records will show you who the owners are - again info easily available from our MLS.
