Do I need to wait for the deed to be mailed before entering.
Hey Guys, I just bought my first house at auction in Baldwin County, Alabama. The trustee told me he would check for bankruptcies Monday and then mail me the deed. The question is because the house is empty can I go ahead and enter the property.
