I'm a real estate agent planning investing on some properties and I would like to know if I can negotiate my own short sale deals and submit my own offers... If so which kind of clauses would I use on the contract to let the bank i'm the buyer and also the buyers agent?? If the bank allows this, Would I get any commission as the buyer's agent?? I'm planning to put properties under an llc.. Thank you in advance you guys are awesome...
