Judicial auction sales in chicago

Hello, just bought a property from Judicial auction sales in Cook county in Chicago. Should I hire attorney for the transaction? Should I buy insurance on the property during the judge approved the sales with transfer of deed or can I buy insurance? Also, should I purchase a title insurance after deed transfer?
