Baltimore foreclosure surplus/excess/overage list
Hello,
I’m trying to find baltimore city and the surrounding counties foreclosure surplus list. I see the tax excess list but I’m looking for bank owned foreclosure list that has excess funds. If anyone can help me that would be awesome. Thank you in advance.

what would you do with that list? Surplus funds go back to the borrower.
