Question about foreclosure on MLS
I found a foreclosure on realtor.com in my area. I sent an email to the agent stating I would be interested in the property and their response was to send me the listing as "additional information". I guess I was expecting a phone call or offer to show the property. I am new to this and am just wondering if these kind of listings are low on their list, or what don't I know?
Anyone have any input?
