auction.com purchase schedule

I wanted to give a schedule for a house purchase that closed today 9/25/2019 so folks can see the schedule.

I won the bid 9/5/2019.  It was the second cycle for this auction.  That is, it was listed before one time and I bid then, and watched to see where the auction.com app stopped bidding.  That let me know that the reserve is not set so high its a waste of time to continue bidding.

The holder approved the high bid and signed the contract on 9/13/2019. Closing was to be within 30 days of their signature. Yesterday I received a call that closing was today 9/25/2019. Apparently at some point in time they changed my e-mail to an address that is not mine. No problem, they sent the HUD and I signed a waiver of having it for so many days prior to closing.

So closing was actually 20 days from being the high bid, 12 days from contract being fully signed.

And I did not use them for title insurance.  Had my own company for my closing.

I was impressed with their schedule.
