Need help on first deal
The house I seen has the potential to change my trajectory. The numbers are great. The house has been owned by the same person for years and will probably need some work. Which Can be good in bargaining a lower price. But I’m not sure where to start. How do I contact the owner? How do I get them to trust me and continue the conversation?
