Hi There- I'm a Realtor in Tacoma, WA and am hoping to get more info/resources on purchasing a pre-foreclosure/distressed property from the homeowner before it goes to auction. Besides the RCW 61.34, what resources do you have for finding out the rules and regulations of how to go about this? Preferably from the perspective of a Realtor helping an investor purchase a distressed property. Thanks so much!
