Old Mortgages
I filed a Quit Claim Deed on a property but don't want to spend any more on the property until I know if the old Mortgages are paid or if another company purchased them. There are two, and I can't find either bank. I have tried a title company but they don't seem to want to help on an investment this small.
Anyone have any suggestions? I think the house has a lot of potenial...
