Auction.com process timeline?

Hello everyone :)

Beginning of last week I won my very first auction through auction.com. Within two days I signed the purchase agreement, sent proof of funds and sent the earnest money as well.

This morning around 10am (02/12) I got an email from Auction.com saying: “We have received and processed your Purchase Agreement, Proof of Funds and Earnest Money Deposit documentation. We have submitted your contract package to the seller and expect the seller to sign within 10 calendar days. The next and final step is closing. We will be in touch to assist you with the remainder of the process.”

Right now, 3:45pm - I got another email from Auction.com/DocuSign saying:

“All parties have completed signing the DocuSign - Purchase Agreement” - showing that the seller spaces were signed...

What is the different between both emails? The seller really signed or do I still have to wait 10 days?

What should I expect for the following days?

Sorry if that is a dumb question, it’s my very first investment and auction, everything is new!

Thank you!
