Looking for best way to find foreclosures as I embark on my REI journey. I'd like to keep a lookout so when I have enough saved to buy one later this year I'm ready and can keep watch on pricing/value.

Any help is appreciated

@Chandler Miguelgorry If you're looking to buy foreclosures in CA, AZ, NV, and WA, I highly recommend that you use propertyradar.com. That's the resource I used to buy about 25 foreclosure from 2011 to 2013. It's well worth the money. The other resource you need is a good title rep who can give you access to an online title portal and the company's customer service dept.
