There are great real estate opportunities here in Puerto Rico! The affordable housing market is low risk low capital and high returns. Bank foreclosures SFR and MFR from $15k-$65k to rehab rent and/or flip. ROIs 17-45%. I have done a couple deals with two investors from Orlando who moved here in 2017 and they are now averaging 60 properties a year! Can't post my phone or email here.Let's connect and do some deals!
