Foreclosures: Are you have alot of forclosures

Someone protected a foreclosure tidal wave. How is it in your market. Please tell what market you are in, and are you seeing a

lot.

I'm licensed in two states - CT and FL. Both have suspended foreclosures, ejectments and evictions for many months now and at least until September if they don't extend again . So the answer is no new foreclosures. I would imagine the rest of the country has similar suspensions in place. So look for that flood of foreclosures and other housing related drama when your state resumes foreclosing again.
