Looking to start an investment portfolio through deals on Multifamily or preforclosures. Anybody have suggestions on where to find the best off market deals or wholesalers on the east coast of NC?

@Alex Gaines As @Joe Prillaman said, meetups are the best place to connect with wholesalers and other investors in the area. Both the Wilmington & Surf City meetups have been great!
