Hey all,

I've seen many different services such as foreclosure.com or hudhomesusa.com that show you foreclosure listings for a monthly fee. I've been looking into foreclosures and wanted to sign up for a service, but i don't have any experience with a particular one. Anyone have any thoughts or experiences regarding different services? Would love to get some input!

99% of all foreclosed homes end up on MLS. You don't need to pay for a special service.
