What’s your guys favorite ways to stress test your underwriting? I heard there’s 2 most common ways to stress test underwriting:

1. See what happens if interest rates increase before you close

2. Seeing what is the lowest occupancy you can have for the deal to break even

Can someone show me what this looks like in practice?
