I am new to real estate and this community. I have decided that I want to dedicate my time and money to creating a financial free future. Without having the extra funds to spend on gurus, starter kits and etc. I’ve been diving into podcasts, YouTube, articles, and other free resources. I have a strong interest in various investment opportunities within real estate (flipping, rental, wholesale, land) but need some hands on experience so that I am comfortable with jumping in and taking these risks. I am currently a Media Strategy & Planning professional with an extensive marketing background. I would love to lend a hand any way that I can in return. Moreover, I can assist you with any of your tedious operational needs that you may not have the time for. I am currently located in the Los Angeles area but can be of assistance remotely!
