Multi unit purchase price?
What formulas do you all prefer in determining the value of a multi unit? Im looking at a few but really would like to be sure im not over paying.. I have several SFH's in California and in Louisiana and I feel as though im ready to 10-31 them all into multi unit.. Any advice would be appreciated..
